Searching from an early age for a spiritual path Eric felt a deeper connection to the world around him. After studies in various spiritual cultures he had started practicing yoga 10 years ago when he was looking for a physical challenge and found Ashtanga yoga. Since then he has experimented with various yoga styles, and deepened his practice both physically and spiritually. Eric took his 200 hour YTT with Raghunath and Sondra Loring at Sadhana Yoga in Hudson, NY. Eric's intention was to deepen his own yoga practice and explore a deeper spiritual connection. Eric was so moved by the path of Bhakti Yoga he knew he needed to give these teachings back to the community. Now he is exploring what it means to be a yoga teacher in our present day and how to incorporate yoga philosophies into our everyday modern life. He has learned from strong asanas as well as practicing pranayama, chanting, meditation, and Kirtan.

Ryan Gervasi
Ryan discovered the light and magic of yoga during a period of darkness & uncertainty. One fateful day Ryan decided to take a yoga class when she felt called to a studio in Montclair where she met her first teacher and dear friend, Kerri McClain. Ryan fills up with tears of joy everytime she reflects on this fateful day as it forever changed her life. Ryan's practice deepened as she danced, played, fell and leaped through different practices, meeting new teachers and exploring various styles of yoga. Ryan's playful, soulful, devotional and loving yoga vibes are a path to freedom, healing and laughter. Ryan completed her YTT at Yoga Bohemia through the Radiant Heart Yoga School under Katie Ribsam, Crystal Froberg and Lauren Russo, who helped make this journey extra fun, educational and special & is forever grateful for their wisdom & teachings. Ryan says yoga is one of the only few things that makes sense to her in life and feels powerfully connected to the Divine through her practice. Ryan's only hope in teaching is to continue to share the power of healing, transformation and recovery through yoga. Ryan recalls one of her beautiful teachers whispering to her, 'you've been teaching for lifetimes.' Ryan is eternally and deeply grateful to all of her teachers, especially Kerri & all at Hot Yoga Revolution especially DM, KT, TR & LC, who inspired her greatly to become a teacher & helped guide her out of her comfort zone, discover healing and journey on the path to bliss. Ryan's style of power vinyasa aims to heal your body, mind, and soul as she guides you through movements that awaken your body and awareness. Ryan's practice will help serve as a guide to you as you use your breath and movement to explore & go deeper into your mind, body and soul.
