Our yoga studio located in Bayville (Ocean County), New Jersey. Our studio opened on April 2, 2011 and are open daily as we offer over 30 classes per week.
Our teachers are all certified in yoga and are well versed in various styles and types of classes. They know the best way to help you contour your practice to your specific needs.
In addition to the class calendar posted, we offer private instruction in our studio or your own location. Kids birthday or adult yoga or zumba parties are also available.
What We Do...
At Spiritual Journey Wellness Center our yoga instructors are Yoga Alliance certified after completing at least 200 hours of extensive traing in various types of Yoga. From time to time we will add a mentoring teaching. A mentoring teacher will be in the last part of the yoga teachers training program & will be teaching with a certified teacher present. Class price will be less. This is a great way to fit an extra class in.
We teach in a caring and comfortable environment. You will feel welcome when you enter and leave feeling more relaxed. Our goal is to teach you the importance of taking care of your mind, body and spirit. Bringing them together will let you handle everyday stress more easily.
Yoga isn't just about what you do on your mat, it's a lifestyle. But, just spending an hour on the mat delivers many rewards; you will benefit both physically and emotionally which will make you feel healthier and like you have more energy to face life's challenges.
