  • SUPPORTING THE INDIVIDUAL. Through yoga, we assist the individual in connecting with themselves in order to develop self-acceptance, confidence, stability, strength, flexibility, awareness, well-being, and clarity. 
  • PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE. We offer a diversity of yoga classes and instructors to support students in developing a personal yoga practice.
  • PEACE OF MIND. We encourage peace of mind through relaxation, meditation, and centering techniques.
• Education
  • REGULAR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS. We offer over 25 classes a week to accommodate different interests, abilities, and schedules.
  • TEACHER TRAINING. We offer a 200-hour Teacher Training Program consistent with Yoga Alliance standards for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status. Our program emphasizes safety, ethics, integrity, and knowledge consistent with the roots of hatha yoga, including the 8 Limbs and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

More important than an "advanced" practice is the true hunger and desire to learn more about yoga. You have to want to try, to push, to learn, to experiment, to study, to devote your time and energy to practicing and teaching yoga. This makes one much better prepared to jump into such an intensive study of the subject, and eventually, makes one a much better teacher.

Teacher training will not only prepare you for teaching yoga, but the training will help you to realize that learning to be a yoga teacher is a lifelong journey that only begins with the completion of a teacher training program.

There's nothing like a group of students who are hungry for more--who have chosen to study what they're studying because they truly love it-- and who have so much knowledge, experience, and wisdom to share with one another.

Payment Plan available:

$3000.00

$500   due  September 1^st deposit additional $250 due September 16^th

$750   due  October 21^st

$750   due  November 24 th

$750   due  December 23rd

($750.00 for 4 payments)

**Trainees pay $500 deposit upon acceptance into our program, which goes toward their full tuition.

 This deposit is non-refundable.

Full tuition is due by the date noted above. Students may receive a refund up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date of the training; this does not include the $500 non-refundable deposit.
